This was my first time buying a home in Arizona. I i’m older, so everything is a little bit more traumatizing. I guess I would say, is the word 😀I had only lived here a year and ran into Ayren at an open house! She was amazing! She was able to show me houses after her open house was completed THAT DAY! I had spoken with another agent with another company, earlier in the week, however, they just said “let me know when you find a house you want to look at!” Ayren was communicative and really worked to find a property that she thought I would love. We probably looked 25 houses or more! I have to say I was getting a little discouraged as I had a specific move-in date, I needed to accommodate. She hung in there with me until we found the one! She was as excited as I was! It was so nice. She was very organized, responsive and knowledgeable, and on things that we didn’t know, as I was buying a condo, she was willing to learn right along with me. If I had a question, she was on it, and we had an answer almost immediately. Townhomes are a different type of property when the HOA is involved. It is really important to get the rules and regulations from the HOA to know what is really covered. The last time I bought a townhome, the realtor told me “ everything is covered!” (yeah, not so much) All her referrals, from homeowners insurance to lenders, were fantastic too! Ayren and the whole Anderson team were fantastic! The house we wanted to buy flooded the day before closing. We were all packed up and already gave notice on our apartment so needless to say it was an absolute nightmare. But Ayren and her team were there every step of the way and handled everything very professionally and communicated well about the next steps and what to expect. We ended up sticking with the house because it was just absolutely perfect for us and we're now, a couple of months and renovations later, able to close.
